Model G105 Pressure Transducer Recorder

Continuous air flow is accurately measured by the pressure transducer
and a permanent record for every sampling period is recorder on a circular
chart. Offered as standard equipment on the PM-10 Hi-Vols and GL2000H,
the unit is optionally available on other systems as well. The Model G105
is furnished complete with CFM charts (G106), cartridge pen point (G127),
and plug-in electrical transducer is mounted on the inside of the shelter
door.

Model G900 Brush Miser Voltage Variator

The Brush Miser provides infinite voltage adjustment indicated by a
direct reading meter graduated from 0-150 volts AC. Featuring solid state
construction the Brush Miser has a twofold purpose in sampler operation.
The Brush Miser extends brush and motor life by reducing the voltage during
the initial operation of new brushes. Operating the motor at 50 volts for
approximately 30 minutes permits the new brushes to "seat" to the armature
without severe arching and premature deterioration. Air flow rates may
also be adjusted in the range from 20 to 60 ACFM with the Brush Miser.
By varying the voltage, the blower motor speed may be altered to achieve
the flow rate desired.
